Finnish sauna
A large Finnish sauna with wooden benches on two levels. The basement also has a shower for cooling down.
First time in a sauna? 8 to 15 minutes on the bench, then cool down in the shower and rest. Drink water between rounds.
Pool
3.5 × 2.5 m, 1.5 m deep, with a ladder. Heated outside the summer months; pool towels are provided.
Relaxation room
Wooden loungers and a corner with a kettle for tea between rounds.
Shower and WC
In the basement, so nobody climbs the stairs in wet slippers.
